KMT ROBOTRIM® ROUTER TRIMMING SYSTEM

RoboTrim® Router Trimming System consists of a single floor mounted robot
equipped with an electric router spindle, and a pair of servo-controlled part positioners
located on a main turntable for processing parts
KMT AccuTrim® R-110 Robot Description
The KMT AccuTrim® R-110 robot has been configured and optimized by KMT for
improved path capability and faster cycle times. The robot has a wrist payload of 110
pounds. The R-110 was designed from the ground up to provide superior performance
for path accurate applications. The AccuTrim® R-110 utilizes the FANUC R-30iA robot
controller which supports the iPendant, an innovative color graphic user interface
device to the robot controller, based on Internet technology.
